CZ's Principles offers a concrete entry into his stated way of running a team. Begin with the decision framework: he separates the size of a decision, its reversibility and the information needed to make it. The communication sections show how he applies that approach to meetings and written proposals. Read the document as a founder's account of his preferred methods.
His Centralization Vs. Decentralization essay gives a different reading task. He treats custody, validator concentration and influence over development as separate dimensions, then explains why he sees centralized services as a bridge for users. That makes his position easier to examine than a simple pro- or anti-decentralization label. Both essays were written while he led Binance; he is now its former CEO and also the founder of Giggle Academy.
