An inside view of Base's network direction, upgrades and the people building on it.
Why read Jesse Pollak?
Jesse is a direct source for Base's product direction. His own site says he created the network and leads it day to day. The Cobalt post is a useful first example: he identifies two changes and explains them through the tasks they are meant to support, transaction timing and issuing or managing assets.
Read his short announcements as an entry point into the work of the team. His Stage 1 post states a decentralization milestone and quotes a separate Base announcement, while Cobalt gives his own compact explanation of an upgrade. Following those different layers helps you keep a leader's summary connected to the underlying network documentation.
